Upon setting up an appointment for any service a $50 deposit will be required to secure the customer's appointment on the calendar. The $50 will be credited to the customer upon the completion of the work at the appointed time.
If the customer must cancel the appointment, Platinum Tint 915 requires a 24-hour notice or the appointment will be considered missed.
If the customer misses the appointment the deposit will no longer be credited and the customer will be considered a walk-in customer, and the work will be done at the earliest convenience of the technicians.
The customer will be considered late to their appointment 15 minutes after their appointed time.
